(1) The meeting of the committee of directors shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman as per the need.
(2) The notice of the meeting of the board of directors and the matter to be discussed shall be provided by the secretary to the members usually twenty-four hours before the time of such meeting.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Board of Directors are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Board of Directors will be considered to be reached.
(4) The Chairman will preside over the meeting of the Board of Directors.
(5) The decision of the meeting of the board of directors will be made by the majority of the members present and if there is a tie, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The Board of Directors may invite any official of the Government of Nepal, any agency or union, organization representative or expert to the meeting as per the need.
(7) The Secretary will certify the decision of the meeting of the Board of Directors.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board of Directors will be determined by the Board of Directors itself.
